New year was good see people drank at a reasonably respectable pace
watched fireworks and played maffball. I received a phonecall the previous
day informing me that that james countb had passed away.


I can't claim to have know him amazingly well but I remember first meeting
him in London at meryc's 21st birthday party I think it was
where we'd had a couple (lots) of drinks and talked nonsense and the
conversations at whitbys, It was always good to see him.


I guess its one of the things when you start getting on there seem to be
a lot more weddings and it seems funnerals unfortunatly. Not really much
else to say except my sympathies to those closest to him.
